Sage + Stone Planning Group is led by Quincy Yaley, AICP, a seasoned planning professional with over 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Quincy brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic insight to every project, having worked across California and Nevada on a wide range of land use, environmental, infrastructure, and community development efforts.

With a background that includes high-level leadership roles in county government, Quincy has overseen complex departments responsible for land use, environmental health, housing, code compliance, and permitting. She has also managed consulting teams and environmental review processes for private and public clients, specializing in CEQA and NEPA compliance, project entitlements, and community planning.

Quincy holds a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Biology from UC Berkeley. Her education in both natural sciences and planning gives her a unique perspective on the intersection of ecological systems, public policy, and community development. She is a certified planner through the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and an active member of the American Planning Association.
